If you have the aspiration to serve in ministry leadership, we would love to hear from you.  First, we want to pray with you, asking the Lord to speak to you through the Holy Spirit, the Scriptures, and others.  Second, we aim to provide you with resources to assist you as you wrestle with the call to ministry. Third, we want to personally connect with you as you explore your aspiration to serve the Lord and assist you with the next steps to truly discover your ministry calling.

We want to be of service to local churches, we don’t get caught up in targeting a certain size church, the normative church is between 60-300 people, and we have helped congregations of smaller numbers and those of larger numbers in the thousands.  Our aim to care, nurture and assist the local pastor to equip the saints for the work of ministry.  We believe in the importance of cooperation and feel working together builds stronger bonds and strengthens the church of Jesus Christ.

We believe in the value of churches working together for the greater church, and obviously, a few men as cheerleaders cannot do the work alone.  The Apostle Paul enlisted the aid of 31 co-workers, as noted in the Scriptures, and there were most likely many more.  There is no way an effort to impact the worldwide church can be accomplished through a handful of workers.  It requires the effort of many.  We need your help and support, and are actively seeking to partner with pastors, association mission strategists, and larger ministry organizations.  We are seeking point men in multiple states and regions to assist in our efforts.   If you feel burdened to participate in this important task, then please be bold and contact our team. We are actively seeking godly pastors and ministry leaders with a heart to raise men for ministry to serve as ambassadors in your geographic area. An ambassador embodies the qualities of an advocate, mentor, and coach. As an advocate, they champion raising the next generation of pastors and ignite passion in the hearts of pastors in their area to realize the sense of urgency and joy to identify and develop called men within their congregations. They also have a heart for mentoring, and those wrestling with the call to ministry are willing to coach and provide ongoing encouragement to both pastors and those aspiring to the call.
