  • Tim LaFleur, Gallatin, Tennessee

    He serves as the Director of Spiritual Formation for Follow the Call. Tim LaFleur has served in a variety of ministry roles from the small to mega-church environment. He served twenty years as the campus minister at Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana. His previous church assignments were at Brainerd Baptist Church in Chattanooga, Tennessee and Long Hollow Baptist Church in Hendersonville, Tennessee; and he served as the Equipping Pastor at Living Word Church in Houma, Louisiana. Tim is a disciple-maker, and he played an integral role assisting Replicate Ministries for 15 years. He received his undergraduate degree at Louisiana State University and M.A. from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas.

  • He serves as the Director of Leadership for Follow the Call. He serves as the North American Mission Board Church Planting Catalyst for the State of Wisconsin. Previously, Mark served in churches in Florida and New Jersey. He received his undergraduate in Business Administration from Indiana State University. He received his MDiv and Doctorate in Ministry in Evangelism, Missions and Church Growth from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.

  • He serves as the Executive Director for Follow the Call. Rob has taught high school agriculture, and involved in a 30+ years sales career selling management and sales training, seed to farmers, and has worked as a real estate broker for nearly 25+ years. He received his undergraduate degree from Purdue University in Agriculture, and received a Master’s Degree in Christian Ministry from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.
