Tim serves as the Director of Spiritual Formation for Follow the Call. He has served in a variety of ministry roles from the small to mega-church environment. He served twenty years as the campus minister at Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana. His previous church assignments were at Brainerd Baptist Church in Chattanooga, Tennessee and Long Hollow Baptist Church in Hendersonville, Tennessee; and he served as the Equipping Pastor at Living Word Church in Houma, Louisiana. Tim is a disciple-maker, and he played an integral role assisting Replicate Ministries for 15 years. He received his undergraduate degree at Louisiana State University and M.A. from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas.

Dr. Warren Haynes serves as Director of the ADVANCE Program at Gateway Seminary, where he equips pastors and ministry leaders through accessible theological education and leadership development. He has served for decades as a pastor, professor, associational mission strategist, and ministry leader, with extensive experience training leaders in North America and around the world. Warren is the author of several books, including Everyday Discipleship and How to Communicate on Purpose.  He received his Doctor of Ministry from Gateway Seminary and is passionate about helping churches develop disciples and raise up the next generation of gospel-centered leaders.

Dr. Leo Endel presently serves as the pastor of Florissant Valley Baptist Church located in St. Louis, Missouri.  Previously, Leo served as the Executive Director of the Minnesota-Wisconsin Baptist Convention. He continues to teach doctoral leadership classes and serves as a dissertation chairperson for Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City.  Leo also teaches pastors and churches how to do strategic planning and authored the book: Where Do We Go From Here? Strategic Planning for the Smaller Church.  Leo earned his MDiv from Southwestern Theological Seminary and his Doctorate in Ministry from Midwestern Theological Seminary. 

Rob serves as the Executive Director for Follow the Call. He has taught high school agriculture, and involved in a 30+ years sales career selling management and sales training, seed to farmers, and has worked as a real estate broker for nearly 25+ years. He received his undergraduate degree from Purdue University in Agriculture, and received a Master’s Degree in Christian Ministry from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.
